As you can imagine I constantly receive IT support requests to help individuals with their IT needs and computer issues. I am very tech savvy and can tackle most problems. In order for me to maintain my professional and social life it is necessary for me to charge for my time and resources to help others with their computer challenges. Unless your name is Mom, Dad, Honey, Grandma, or Grandpa my rates are as follows:
$100 per hour billed in 30 min increments with a 1 hour minimum.
If I need to drive to your location I charge .51 cents per mile.
You may find my rates expensive. That is certainly OK with me. You might have better luck trying Best Buy’s Geek Squad or your local computer shop.
